Greetings Prayer Warriors,
I was inspired to write a prayer for marriages.
Holy Spirit, be the light unto our
path.
Come, transform us with your
grace.
Come, illumine our minds so we may
see our offenses against each other and against You.
Come, cleanse us and make us vessels
of your love, that we may share with our spouses the tenderness that is You.
Come, be the love that unites us into
a more perfect marital union.
Come, bless our marriage and all
marriages, that your light might shine from us.
Come, empower us to go into the world
to represent the hope, joy, and love that is You.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, on your own
intelligence do not rely;
In all your ways be mindful of him, and he will make
straight your paths.
