Pray for Marriages (What is Love?)

Greetings Prayer Warriors,

What is love? 

We spend our life seeking it.  We fall in. We fall out. Then seek it again. We long for a permanent, unconditional love.  Ironically, Love awaits us; Love seeks us…constantly.

God is love...

…and Love wants to embrace you.  Bringing Love into a marriage is the best start, but often He gets left off of the wedding guest list.  But it’s never too late to invite Him or even re-invite Him into a marriage.  Even if only one person does the asking, Love can take hold.  Love can heal.

Pay attention and come to me; listen, that you may have life. I will make with you an everlasting covenant.   Isaiah 55:3

So make a commitment to Love:

Let Him into your marriage
Open your hearts to Him

Vow to trust the Lord and pray for His guidance

Embrace His will for you.

Let us pray for married couples, that they make a commitment to Love and ask Him to be the spark to recharge their love.  Let us also pray that couples have the courage to trust in the Lord’s loving path for them.
