Pray for Marriages (Random Acts of Kindness)

Greeting Prayer Warriors,

Have you ever known what the right, proper, appropriate thing was to do in a given situation, but just didn't feel like doing it?

During Lent, let's look at how that applies to your marriage/life.  Take the time to self-evaluate what good behaviors are missing from your life.   Spend this week doing random acts of kindness in your marriage/life.   Contemplate the joy one feels when they are unexpectedly delighted.  See how many smiles you can elicit. :) :) :)

Examine yourselves to see whether you are living in faith. Test yourselves. Do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you? - unless, of course, you fail the test. 2 Cor 13:5

Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, heartfelt compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, bearing with one another and forgiving one another, if one has a grievance against another; as the Lord has forgiven you, so must you also do. And over all these put on love, that is, the bond of perfection.  And let the peace of Christ control your hearts, the peace into which you were also called in one body. And be thankful.  Col 3:12-15

Pray for all marriages, that each spouse has the courage to do what's right and righteous in the eyes of God.

Peace, Joy, and Love,
Janet

Inspire random acts of kindness.   Pass it on.
