Greetings Prayer Warriors,
Everyone loves the euphoria of falling in love. Did you ever wonder how two people who can’t
imagine the world without each other, and pledge to honor their vow “as long as
we both shall live” or “until death do us part”, ever fall out of love? Is it that something gets in the way of that
love, or rather Love gets pushed out for other passions? Or perhaps the foundation was never built
upon True Love?
You are fellow citizens with the holy ones and members of the household of God built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the capstone. Through him the whole structure is held together and grows into a temple sacred in the Lord; in him you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.
Ephesians 2:21-22
That their hearts may be encouraged as they are brought together in love, to have all the richness of fully assured understanding, for the knowledge of the mystery of God, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Colossians 2:2-3
For where your treasure is, there also will your heart be. Luke 12:34
Lord, many marriages
are struggling. As one’s hindsight
becomes 20-20, please have compassion on each spouse’s struggles. Give each the grace to open their heart to
you with trust, allowing you to heal the wounds inflicted. Call each to you so that through you, their
union can be strengthened. Incinerate
despair, inspire hope, and immerse them in your Love, for Love conquers all. Bless them, send your Spirit upon them, and bring
them peace. Humbly we pray, in the most
precious name of Jesus. Amen.
Peace, Joy, and Love,
Janet
Incinerate despair, inspire hope. Pass it on!
