Greetings
Prayer Angels,
This
scriptural prayer for spouses that may be prayed alone or together:
Beloved,
let us love one another, because love is of God;
Lord,
teach us HOW to love.
Lord, may our attempts to love well, make us
a fitting dwelling place for you.
Lord, we want to know your MORE. Help us.
In
this way the love of God was revealed to us: God sent his only Son into the
world so that we might have life through him.
Praise you Lord, for your gift of love and
life!
In this is
love: not that we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as
expiation for our sins.
Thank you
Jesus, for loving us so much!
Lord, give us
the grace to love each other as you have loved us!
No one has
ever seen God. Yet, if we love one another, God remains in us, and his love is
brought to perfection in us. 1 John 4: 7-12
Heavenly
Father, may your Spirit guide us and fill us with divine charity for one
another so that others may come to know you through us.
Spend some
time reflecting on these scripture passages.
Then pray confidently and boldly for marriages, especially for those
marriages in most need of love and mercy.
